Financial Accountant

As Financial Accountant, you ll be a key person, supporting the Financial Controller and working closely with teams across the business. You ll bring structure to fast-moving projects and ensure the business stays compliant, efficient, and insight driven.

You ll be involved in:

• Preparing statutory financial statements and leading on audit readiness
• Performing monthly reconciliations and monitoring internal controls
• Supporting with group reporting, cash flow forecasting, and tax provisions
• Enhancing the ERP system (Oracle Fusion) and helping to automate reporting processes
• Contributing to a risk-aware, improvement-focused finance culture

Is this you?

• Part-qualified or finalist accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Experienced with statutory accounts and audit prep, and a solid grasp of UK GAAP
• Proficient in Excel and experienced using ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred)
• A sharp analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams
• Driven by continuous improvement, accuracy, and smart financial control
